Ah, the dastardly Burn Out. It happens to so many of us at one point or another. For me, it’s like the writer’s block of life. The best way to prevent this, or cure it when it happens, is to simply take a step back, unplug, and relax. This can be the hardest thing to do, especially when you are self-employed and rely solely on your wits for your livelihood.
